mBox Radio Receiver

Alarm systems that do not have a facility for use with portable alarm buttons can easily be supplemented with an mBox Radio Receiver. By connecting the radio receiver to an input in the existing system, CareTech radio alarm buttons and other wireless alarm transmitters can be connected to the alarm system, giving a high degree of flexibility for staff and for individuals in care, as well as extending the usefulness of the system as a whole.

The mBox Radio Reciever can also be used with CareTech’s internal system or CareTech’s various carephones and alarm transmitters. Alternatively, it can be used separately as an alarm to alert a relative, by connecting a buzzer, vibrate signal or indicator lamp to the radio receiver.
