CareTech has been developing carephones for over 25 years and we feel confident in saying that we understand care telephony well. Very well in fact.

A few years ago CareTech revolutionized the market by introducing a lightning-protected carephone that does not require a mains electrical supply and is very easy to install. Now we are continuing to lead development by launching additional carephone models that meet all new EU directives. They also have a quality assurance feature that logs activity automatically and can give the user information about the last 32 events, including fault management and alarm data.

When we develop our products and solutions we do so in collaboration with our customers. As a result all CareTech carephones are easy to install and operate. In order to offer solutions that match the customer’s needs completely we also offer a wide selection of accessories that can be linked to our carephones and to each customer’s system.

There are two carephones designed for use in individuals’ own homes: Gina and Gloria.
