Bo Kastensson
Is the Chairman of Caretech AB. He graduated at Lund´s University and has a background in management consulting and executive management in international trading companies and technology based international growth companies. After a few years in management consulting he joined the Swedish Axel Johnson Group where he amongst other assignments was Managing Director of their UK company in metals trading. Back in Sweden he joined the Swedish Wallenberg Group as CEO for their technical development group Incentive Development. He later led a management buy out of this group with British Charterhouse. After reforming the group he led another buy out of part of the group; Bewator, with the Swedish industrialist Rune Andersson. In 2002 he took this further into a leveraged buy out with Swedish Wallenberg private equity company EQT and built Bewator Group to Europe´s leading business in access security. The investment was successfully exited to Siemens in 2005 and Bo stayed for 2006 in charge of the integration process. Since spring 2007, Bo is an investor and executive chairman in a few promising growth oriented companies. Beside Caretech he is currently chairman of the listed company Doro AB and has led another buy out forming Coromatic Group AB; a physical IT leader in Scandinavia-.

Andreas Teilman
Andreas Teilman is partner at Verdane Capital since 2005. Before joining Verdane, Andreas was the CEO of N3sport from 2000 until the company was sold to Orkla Media in 2005. N3sport was a leading provider of software services for administration and communication in the sports sector. In the period 1994-2000 Andreas worked at Enskilda Securities for six years.

Karin Moberg
Karin Moberg has 15 years of telekom experience from TeliaSonera, the Swedish incumbent operator. There she has headed the broadband-, & internet operation, directory enquiries as well as marketing and brand. Prior to leaving TeliaSonera in 2008 she was Director of Communication. Prior to TeliaSonera Karin Moberg has worked for a swedish management consulting firm as well as salesman in HongKong. Currently Karin Moberg is developing her own business. In addition to Caretech Karin is a member of the board of the listed company Doro AB and AP7.
